Sheryl-Underwood

Sheryl underwood is a stand-up comedian, television host, and actor from the United States. She is best known for her role as The Talk's co-host on the daytime. She was born and raised within Little Rock. Sheryl has a turbulent family. Sheryl spent the majority of her youth helping her younger sister Frankie and her polio-infected sister. In her early years, she had a relationships with her mother were rocky. Sheryl states that in one instance her mother stabbed her father for getting too close to her. Sheryl enlisted in the military upon her graduation from college. Her passions were in comedy. She was the first female finalist in the competition Miller Lite Comedy Search held in 1989. Her TV career in 1992 after she was a regular performer on the HBO comedy program Def Comedy Jam. The show was hosted by her Oh Drama! in 2000. The show has also featured her as host on The Talk since 2011. Additionally, she's been in fictional roles on shows including Bulworth Nikki and Beauty Shop.
