Lucy Liu (born Lucy Liu) is an American actor, voice actress, director producer and vocalist. Beautiful, intelligent and gifted actor, she's an example to Asian actors who want to be big stars in Hollywood. An early string of success roles in a popular TV show made her well-known for her part in the character of Ally McBeal, where she appeared as Ling Woo. The actress took her initial fame into major screen roles in movies including Shanghai Noon and Charlie's Angels. Then she gave a stunning performance in the role of Japanese criminal O-Ren Ishii in Quentin Tarantino's Kill Bill Volume 1.
